1. Unless otherwise stated, the rules of the official FIBA shall be applied (stated at www.fiba.com/basketball-rules) except the following:

Division 14 : Born in or after 2005 January 1st
Division 16 : Born in or after 2003 January 1st

4. UNIFORM AND COLOURS
4.1 Each team shall wear shirts of the same dominant colour front and back with number (not duplicate ) on it.
4.2 The first team named in the schedule (HOME team) shall wear light-coloured jersey while the second team (AWAY team) shall wear dark-coloured jersey.
4.3 Interchange the colour is allowed when both team agreed.
4.4 No team is allowed to wear grey colour.
5. DURATION OF THE GAME
5.1 Division 10 & 12 - The game shall consists of four (4) periods of eight (8) minutes running clock except the last two(2) minutes of forth quarter. (Extra period: 4 minutes). If there is a tie after the extra period, another 4 minutes overtime will be played. Division 14 & 16. - The game shall consists of four (4) periods of ten (10) minutes running clock except the last two(2) minutes of forth quarter. (Extra period: 5 minutes). If there is a tie after the extra period, another 5 minutes overtime will be played.
5.2 There shall be an interval of 30 seconds between the first and second period, between the third and forth and before the extra period. There shall be a half-time interval of two(2) minutes.
5.3 Stop time in the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter and stop time for time-outs and all foul shots.
5.4 Timeouts: Four (4) time outs are granted to each team during normal playing time: Two (2) time outs anytime during the first half and two (2) time outs anytime during the second half. Only one (1) time out may be granted to a team in the last two (2) minutes of the second half. Each time out is 20 seconds.
5.5 A 24 second shot clock. FIBA rules regarding shot clock re-sets (14 seconds in the appropriate circumstance) will be followed
6.1 Division 10 & 12. No full court press will be allowed all time. No zone defense will be allowed during the league. Only half court man-to-man defense: *Teams must play man-to-man defense for the duration of games and the tournament. A zone defense is defined as a player clearly marking an area and not an opposing player. It is the judgment of the match official as to whether a team (or any player on a team) is playing a zone defense. The opposing coach may raise a complaint to this effect with the match official, but it is the official’s decision as to whether they support that complaint. If a zone is deemed to be played, a violation should be called (similar to a non-shooting defensive foul), and a warning issued to both players and coaches. If a team repeatedly violates this rule, this will be reported to the convener for further action. U10 and U12 all players should play in the game. First quarter play starting five (5) players, second quarter play second 5 players, 3rd and 4th can be mixed. Division 14 & 16. No full court press will be allowed if the winning team is up by 20 points or more
6.2 Team be classified as a ‘no show’ for a fixture on the date organized then a forfeit shall be awarded to the opposing team with a 20-0 result shown on the score sheet
6.3 If a team is late by more than 10 minutes is 9:10 and arrives after 9:20pm. They forfeit the game 20-0.
6.4 Statistics & Score keeping for individual players and teams (Statistic include Points, 3pt made, Assists and etc.)
6.5 Unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated and players may be asked to leave the gym if is felt that this is the case.
